Rapid prototype consultation:

The process of 3D printing starts with good part files. Solid modeling geometry can be created from many programs. Not all programs output “printable geometry” suitable for presentation or short production run prototypes. If you are not sure that your prototype part files are ready to be printed, our service will help you determine the quality of your geometry so that you may make an informed decision before the expensive step of rapid printing. You will be able to review and see in real time the actual shape and unfinished look of the part if it is printed “as is”. Also, we can guide your company to the right process and material for your prototype. ABS plastic, Stereo Lithography, Polycarbonate, and printed metal are only a few of the choices at your fingertips.

Exhibit Design:

Trade Show / Exhibit Design is a lot like building or remodeling a home. The process is very similar, but with incredibly tight schedules and zero tolerance for delays. Concept design, engineering, project/account management, labor, transport, and storage are some of the services that need to work harmoniously for your exhibit to go from idea to a glowing marketing tool on the floor of a crowded convention hall. Our service includes 3 steps, all of which can be separated financially and accomplished incrementally. Step 1 is conceptual design. A brief submitted by the client is first bid for design labor based on square footage and number of concepts. The package includes photo-realistic computer generated images of the exhibit concept based on a rough budget. Step 2 is the engineering phase. Once the details are approved for design, the exhibit is engineered for costing and fabrication. The engineering package includes a sophisticated 3D assembly of the entire structure and all 2D fabrication drawings required to create the components. This package can be delivered to any competent exhibit fabricator for labor bids. Step 3 is construction and deliverables. This is where it becomes just like building a home, nothing fancy. We can certainly bid the project to completion using local professional experienced craftsmen and women.

Product Design:

The choices are overwhelming when shopping for a design firm to help realize an idea into a marketable product. Often, getting the momentum is the hardest part. Questions to ask your self: Do I only need a pretty picture to convey my idea to investors? Is a patent necessary at this stage? When should I have a prototype made? Let us help you determine the right path towards your product goals. Concept design images will be indistinguishable from the real thing if you choose to hire us for 3D ideation. Beautiful presentation packages can be arranged to assist in pre-marketing and raising capital. Durable and functional prototypes are absolutely necessary in the product development lifecycle. Proper initial advice and guidance is the best way to evaluate development expenditures, then pick and choose accordingly. Fabrication Documentation:

Our 2D drawing service delivers fabrication packages in any file format so that your project can be custom created right the first time by any vendor. Graphic printing, sheet metal forming, carpentry, welding, plastics fabrication, 3D signage, and assembly instructions are only some of the many separate fabrication needs that will eventually create a synergistic whole when finally assembled together.
